I purchased a building in good faith, even bought extras, and now American Steel says they don’t have to deliver my building to my land because I live off a county road that is dirt. I have traveled 1400 mile for delivery and rented a forklift 2 different times waiting on this delivery only to find out that it’s not going to happen. They say I can’t have my money back and in fact they want to charge my credit card more. The staff was very rude and even hung up on me several times while trying to find a solution to this problem.
