Horrible customer service. Received the distiller fine. However, no receipt, lid didn’t fit correctly, funny noise, and I had other questions. Left message for customer serv last night. No call today, so called mid-morning. Left another message. Called around 1:30 I was told customer serv was out to lunch . Left another message later. No call. Called again as it was getting close to 5 and new it was the wkend, left another message. So called and spoke to sales. Totally disrespectful. He put me on hold for customer service. I waited for 55 min and during that time, the sales man argued with me, asked the same questions repeatedly and told me to keep holding. Finally at 55 miin he said, “Oh, I’m sorry, they apparently have left for the day, call back Mon!” Seriously!!! Horrible, horrible service!! .
