I went on line to by a chihuahua puppy. I called the phone number on the web site. The bogus puppy web site is [email protected] or americanstarpuppies.com. I paid for a puppy in full per their instructions through western union. They said the puppy then went to the shipper and the shipper was waiting for me to pay a ridiculous fee for for insurance. That is when I realized it was a scam. I had a friend call and inquire about the same puppy I had purchased. She was told it was still for sale. I contacted them for a refund. They gave me the run a round, until I mentioned the FBI. I lost contact with them. They refused my phone calls and emails. Thank you.
