Company is not honoring refund of product if it does not cause weight loss or improved health. I purchased this product and within the 1st 30 days of use, experienced illness from use. The company consumer advocate called me to see how use of the product was doing, and I expressed my concerns about how I was feeling. She indicated this was normal and to continue to use the product to get the full benefits for at least 90 days. I was told by the consumer advocate that I could still get a refund so I did do this and was not getting any benefits as the advertisement had claimed. On the 90th day of use of this product I called company to express dissatisfaction and lack of weight loss (still weigh the same as was 90days ago)and ask for a refund of the product and spoke to supervisor and they refused to issue a refund or offer any consolation for the $249 that was spent on this product.I am requesting a full refund. I was hung up on by the supervisor in the home office in Nevada. I also will file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office also. I think this is a scam and this product has caused some medical problems with my health and I am seeking legal counsel at this time also. I am an elderly person and feel that I have been taken advantage of because I told them that this product was making me sick within the first 30 days when I was contacted by their product consumer advocate. .
