Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review but it has honestly been over a year and this company still has yet to come and fix my tank. I have been unable to read how much propane is in my tank. I have called and have had several appointments for them to come out and replace the tank. The one time someone has actually come put they said they didn’t realize we had a 1000 gallon tank and that they would have to return. The best part is we had to call and find out that this had happened. They didn’t even call us to say they have made a mistake. We called the main office and asked to speak to the manager and was told she wasn’t there. So I decided to call corporate and complain and then 30 minutes later the manager called us to set a new date. Of course they didn’t show up for the new date either and we had to call back again. They then tell us the ground is going to be frozen and they cant remove the tank and that they woild come back in april. Now we just had a date April 29th 2016 to come back now that they ground is unfrozen. I sit here typing this review the night of the 29th and I am sure you don’t have to guess I still have a broken tank and no none called and and Said Anthony to us. The worst part about this is I own my own business and I never like to leave bad reviews because I know how reviews can make and business look but this has been over a year and it’s just unbelievable. Don’t waste your money on this company. You deserve better.
