I too am a victim of this companys standards of bussness practices.I paid for a auto lift AUL 10000.In Oct. of 2006.They took money wright ot of my credit card account.I was told I would recieve it in 6 weeks. I did not recieve it until April 2007. After installing the lift I and useing it just once with my truck it fell apart.I called americas pride rite away and told them i wanted my money back .They wouldnt return any of my calls or E mails. I went to my credit card to file a dispute and they told me that it was too late. You only have 90 days to dispute a product and this was already July 07. So I went back to Americas pride and asked if they would work with me to make the lift work. After sending me many of replacement parts the lift had the same results , I fell apart.I asked to return the lift for a refund and and they agreed I shipped the lift back In OCT2007. Since then they told me they would credit my account and I never saw a dime of it. Again I called my credit card company and they again told me that I had only 30 days to file a dispute and you know it, Now it was JAN. 2008.So now I have no lift or money from this company.
