I was having problems with getting my car refinance with Americredit like they and Bill Heard Chevrolet had promise in their buy now and refinance in a year program. So after struggling trying to pay my note I was paying in but my note was not going down. So i ask for a accounting statement so I could see why my note was not going down. Americredit refused in June 2008 so i kept calling them they kept threating me and saying they did not have to give me nothing and if I didn’t pay they would repo my car. So I filed a complaint in Sept. 2008 and I finnally with judges orders got a copy of my accounting records in December 2008. As I supected they were fraudulant.
