This is just pure and simple incompetence. Our mortgage was switched over to them shortly after we purchased the house and it was pretty terrible and experience that we face. I’m not want to see that they are completely worthless, but definitely an arc is I did not find them worth anything.
My husband was the one on the loan and my bank had to set up the directly payment charges. We tried submitting online form that they requested. This does not work. They kept deleting requests from their end.We have to go through a lot of trouble a lot of phone calls and a lot of running around before finally my husband called and they told us they had to mail in a form. Wow after so long they had to mail in a form. We did all this after three months. No response. We get a call from them and they say they mail us back another form which we have to fill out. We never received anything. They never emailed us any form. What is this form? Exactly? We don’t know. After a long week, we received a mail which had the form and we understood that it was the same form that we had filled in at first. We informed that this form was sent so many times this took another few days because again we had to call again. We have to inform them of every single form that we had sent. They had to check they could not find records. This is pure simple inefficiency. Every time we call someone different had a different story to say Finally after everything was confirmed and we set up The house. They are telling us now that our loan is going to be transferred to another service Iran. Third This was just Pathetic
