They sign you up as a provider. Promise you 1 on 1 assistance, training and leads for consumers who called in to sign up for the plan. Then they flood your inbox with emails but never call or contact you to give you the 1 on 1 training you were promised. I called to get my 30 money back guarantee on July 1st, was promised it would be returned and still no refund. I have sent emails to everyone including the CEO Dennis Bloom, (who still floods my in box with messages about providers that have made it big in the company) and still no reply or refund. They also will sign people up for the plan when they are in an area with no providers what so ever and expect you to keep paying for services you are unable to use. It’s all about your your monthly preminum that they receive, not about the consumer and their needs. It is a waste of time and money to get involved with this company. I told the CEO in my emails that I was going to file this report if I didn’t get my refund and still No Reply!!! I made them aware that I have been out of work for 3 months and need my refund and they just don’t care about anyone but themsleves and taking our money. Do Not Sign Up With This Company. Look for someone who will treat you and your needs with compassion and concern for you and your family!!!!!

My experience with Ameriplan was awful right from the start. The upline who “recruited”me claimed that she would have a direct hand in helping me with this business. That could not have been farther from the truth. In response to me fifth request for help, she sent me a “Jon Up Now” message, apparently not knowing I was even in her downline. Now, the rep is not the company. But, After I attempted to cancel my “membership” they drafted my account and were unwilling to supply a refund. Now I’m taking them to court. I expect to spend more money than I can recover, but these people just ticked me off!!! Do not get involved with this horrible company.

I signed up on 3/22 after I was fed the lie-ne. So I called in to cancel and was informed I had to fax something in. ok faxed in a refund request on 3/25. I assume they get it bc it sent fine. but of course they didnt because when your not an honest company already why be honest now….well sent in emails after rep gave me the email address of [email protected] well I again assume they get the email as I didnt get anything back saying invalid email or whatnots…..ok so i get yet another charge and call to see what the heck is up!!! Well……of coarse they didnt get the email bc the witch rep gave me the wrong address. Its [email protected] again [email protected]!!!! So they finally received it and got me canceled but refuse to refund me any money including the most recent even though I have been trying to cancel since 3/25. It is 5/12. I spoke with a supervisor in customer service name sonya who just refused to reason. She was extremely rude and didnt care about anything I had to say! She was horrible!!!!! She was cold and just told me everything was my problem and didnt want to take any responsibility for her company. I am claiming on my credit card my charges but I feel they need to make it right bc they have had me running around getting them what they needed to get me a refund and then deny me one??????
