On March 12, 2014 I ordered the trial offer of their product for $9.95. It was in the form of a strip that melts on your tongue. It was too strong for me, it gave me a mouth ulcer. Okay I have some dental issues that helped. however I couldn’t take theProduct. On March 27, 2014 I seen another charge from AMI for 89.95. I didn’t realize that I was atomatically enrolled in their auto-ship program.( that was my fault, I didn’t read the term completely). Okay, so I tried to call I couldn’t get through. So I emailed customer support directly from the website, I told them of my situattion. I didn’t get a reply after a week or so I tried to call again, no luck. So I emailed them again and asked for a reply so I would know what is going on. All together I sent five emails, and tried at least asany phone calls. Then on April 11, 2014 I seen another charge from AMI, this time for $69.95. So I started emailing everyday and trying to call at once a day. April 21, 2014 I received what would be my first order from the auto-ship program. April 22, I called and press the extension number for ordering. Someone answered immediately. I finally was able to talk with someone about cancelling my subscription. This person told me to return the product and she would get everything straightened out for me. I tracked my return, it arrived on April 28, 2014. A credit for $59.95 showed up on my account April 29, 2014. I waited until May 9, 2014 and stil no refund of the resty of my money. I called and got through, The lady that I got a credit on the 28th of April. I asked where was the rest. She said that I only returned one order. I told her because they didn’t ship anymore. She continued to talk as if I hadn’t said that. She said that she didn’t have tracking number, again I because you didn’t ship anything. I did say it rather loudly, but i didn’t use any bad or inappropriate languange. And she hung up on me .
