In the beginning of July I had purchased an item from, it was a maganflow exhaust for my car. The purchase total was 400 dollars. I had used a prepaid credit card to make the purchase. Almost one month went by without the product being delievered so I had emailed them. They had sent me an email back saying the it was on backorder and it would be leaving that week. They also said they would send me an email with the tracking number. Well neither one of these things happened. Its been another month and whenever I try contacting them, either via phone or email, they dont respond. I dont know what else to do. I had told them I would like my money refunded if I dont recieve the purchase but they never responded to this too. Any suggestions?
