They offered us 36,000 contacts in the scrap metal and waste management industry. I asked for the contact information of 4 companies to prove they had something. They sent me the contact infromation however not all was right. They said they’d refund us based on the percentage of wrong accounts. | So we bought it. I’ve gone through 5,000 accounts listed, and of that only about 200 were relevant to our industry. | Of that 200, I tried to contact 20 accounts, and 18 of them did not exist anymore! | Oh, and those 4 accounts that we asked them for weren’t even included in the report they sent us. So to me they have a database of a lot of emails, which they just tell people are for every industry possible. Then when people purchase the list, they keep the money and stop responding to you. | They have never answered the phone when I called. They only respond via email. | So if you think it’s worth paying money to a company that provides correct information 0.0004% of the time, go for it, otherwise ad these guys to your spam filter.
