Josh Anderson was a winning bidder on an E Bay Auction. When he won the bid, he had 48 hours to close the transaction. We contacted him for resolution and he stated he could not get financing on a $28,000 aircraft he bid and won at auction. He then went on to say the the Seller should not use E Bay to sell goods if he expected to get paid, and that the seller needed to learn some “Hard Life Lessons” about business. All I am reporting is that I would caution anyone NOT to do any business with Josh Anderson of Anderson & Associates Realty in Tampa Florida because he obviously has littel respect for anyone other than himself when it comes to business dealings. He had no concern for any other “losing bidder” who had no opportunity to perform due to his poor attitdue while “winning” the auction he had no intent on completing. My experience has been that anyone who acts like Josh Anderson does over an easy transaction will surely have no concern for anyone else in ANY transaction, especially if he has a financial reward at risk. .
