I had placed down a deposit before her puppies were born, and never received any puppy contract, nor offered a contract , nor signed a contract , Now that Ive made that apparent to her , she was quick to update her web site and now added and included her contract so she wont refund any thing back ?? That is NO way to run a business, 1st off I placed a deposit to hold a puppy , 2nd pups were born and she didnt have any of the colors that I wanted , Then she offered one of the available pups at a certain price, I agree , Then she goes around and ranks up the price higher knowing she offered it at a set price !! SInce she has my money she feels she can play around with her prices and go as high as she wants !! I asked for a refund so I can purchase a puppy from a reputable breeder instead , and she declined to refund anything or even a portion back. She emails me telling me I have two choices either buy a puppy from her or wait until the next litter !!! This is a scam, becasue I will NOT OVER pay nor permitt myself to get over charged for a puppy , Ive found several pups of higher quality at a lower price. She still refuses to even refund a portion back , so Im now forced to take legal action and file a police report .
