Kids may be having difficulty at home and/or school or they may be having trouble managing big feelings & challenging moments that come along with growing up. There may be conflict at home between family members, difficulties with parenting or in the parent-child relationship, or the entire family has been disrupted by a major life change. In any of these circumstances, I am able to identify the root cause of the issues at hand while providing long-term, effective solutions for a successful and happy family life together. I am a licensed psychologist with a specialty in Marriage & Family Therapy. I conduct play therapy, EMDR, Gottman couples therapy, and family therapy. These therapies are supported by research & proven to be effective with a range of concerns. Couples seeking therapy must be willing to complete homework in order to improve their relationship.I am only currently in network with Aetna. If you have out of network benefits, most insurance companies will reimburse you if you provide them with a super-bill for services paid. This means you will pay up front and request reimbursement from your insurance company. I am available for appointments on weekday afternoons and evenings for your convenience.
