Purchased the rental car insurance through Travelocity and had a claim for damaged to the rental car. More than a month after the claim Berkely send me a letter asking for more information, the same that was already in the original claim. Another month went by and an mail came stating a check would be sent out. Two weeks after this no check has arrived and when I called to complain I was told they would need to cancel the check which would take 2 weeks and then they could send another check. A total scam of an insurance company, seems like they will use every trick in the book to scam the customer out of receiving funds for any claim you may have. Buy insurance directly from the car rental company next time and not from Travelocity or other company that offers AON Berlely travel insurance.is the advice I would give
