I am a current resident at a property APC Management (Tara Fase) in Houston, TX manages. To date this nefarious company headed by Tara Fase has not reconciled my account or provided a reconcilliation of HOA dues. Additionally she refuses to release contractually obligated information regarding the HOA or my account. Additionally they represented themselves as a property management company in good standing with the state of Texas when they were not even a company yet. They took on the Job March of 2012 and as you can see from the attachment they files thier company in October of 2012. Just one example of how dishonest of a person Ms Fase can be. I was left to file many complaint to resolve and to date i still have not received the information. My next step is a law suit. I know i am not alone and any community even considering this company should run, not walk, away as there are many better options then Tara Fase and APC Mansgement in Houston Texas. If i am required to file a lawsuit i will update with complaint. If I receive my information i will do the same.

Incompetent and lazy record keeping
Tara Fase is dishonest and incompetent. She attempts to use vague assertions to lie about poor record keeping. Fase tried to cite us for building a sidewalk on our property 13 years ago. She was shocked and ashamed when we produced the paperwork. Lazy. Incompetent. Laughable.
