If you are getting phone calls from 844-327-6988 do not I repeat do not asnwer the phone just block this number. If you answer they will tell you that you are going to court to cover a pay day loan or just a loan that you have not paid back. The company is called API recovery solutions. I contacted the Better Business Buearo and this company dose not exsist. THere has been many scam reports abou thie number and the company. When the first call they just give ou a ext. number and a case number they do not say what the name of the company is. The person I talked to was Kevin Knight he wanted my debit card number I old him my fiance was not home so he said he would call back tomorrow morning at 9am I asked if that would be mountain time and he said yes. So I call back and ask for a contract on the payment arrangments I made with him he said he couldn’t send me one but he could send me a letter in my e-mail so I had him do it after reading it very carefully it said they were open such and such hours EST time well that sure isn’t mountain. I am posting this so us American’s do not get scammed by these jerks. The one thing that really thru me off is they called my step-brother and I do not know his number and I mever use him as a reference on anything. I pray they will get caught so people do not get harrassed like I did it scared me as they were threating me with freezing my bank account as that is the only way I can get my montly check. So please becareful America…. .
