I came to visit my father here in Florida and I found a completely neglected pool. It is covered in brown, there is mold around the filter and the light is burned out. My father is paying for the $89.00 Full Service totaling $94.00 a month. I observed the service tech on 11/15/2016 come in and take apart the filter, skim the pool for 3 leaves and leave… leaving the screen door to the pool wide open and the filter disassembled. My father is 74 and fighting Leukemia. When I called for the company to send the tech out to give my father the full service he is paying for and clean up this mess, they never returned.
