Apollo Pools

Terrible customer service, starting with John Pignataro, Hidi, Rob, Beth and Warren. I would not recommend Apollo Pools to anyone after my expperience with their workmanship, and customer service. | March 2017 had my pool resurfaced (life time warrenty), Pool Deck repainted and new deck drain. | Within two weeks the deck paint started to peel, and noticed areas where they had not applied a 2nd coat. Their reply was that they left me paint, basically i should fix myself. | September 2017, Rust stains started to appear on the wall of the pool. They came out a couple times to treat them. But the stains keep returning. | They were not able to get in the pool to identify what was causing the stains because the weather was to cold, and the second time because the wet suit was at ths shop getting a new ziper. Stains have gotten bigger and more are appearing, now apollo pools efuses to do anything. | November 2017, I informed Apollo Pools that I had a leak in the pool. After multiple emails, phone calls and personal visits to their office with no avial. January 2018, I opend a complaint with BBB for the pool stains and the leak(s), Apollo pools kept insisting that it was ‘evaporation’, I’ve lived at this home since 1999 never lost 4 inches of water a week. March 2018 they came and re-sealed the skimmer and ports. Even tho they never admitted to any leaks I no longer have to add water to the pool on a weekly basis. | After 3 months the BBB complaint was closed and ‘unresolved’
