I signed a contract with ADM CC on 16 August 2013 in agreement that they will mediate between me and my three creditors which are Real people, FNB and RCS. The contract states that they will pay my creditors after 3 months deduction of R1 500 which is: Real People R666.02. FNB R443.42 and RCS R107.76 plus 15 per cent fee and R68.00 monthly management fee. On February 2014 I requested a statement from them which contradict with the statement I got from my creditors. According to them they claim that thy paid, but my creditors didn’t receive any payment from them. I am now in arrears of more than R20 000. APPEAL DEBT MANAGERS CC already deducted an amount of R9 400 from my account. On the 25 February 2013 I cancelled the contract with them but still they cant return back the R9 400 they already deducted or pay my creditors. PROOF OF DOCUMENTS CAN BE SUBMITED IF NEEDED. I Herby request intervention from NCR. Yours sincerely Lerato Phasha (Ms) Contact: [protected] email: [protected]@gmail, com
