Have a Home Warranty, under Old Republic, who contacted Bay to Bay to fix my dishwasher, which would not drain, and my dryer, which would not heat up. The Electric Company previously said it was the heating element in the dryer, not the outlet. The tech came down, did not have a business card or ID, said the info. would be on the invoice. He looked at the dishwasher and said water was necessary on the bottom of the unit. He also looked at the dryer and said to change my settings, and there was nothing wrong with it. I told him about the Electric Company. He said he was the expert, not them! I said I would not pay unless he fixed the problem. He then put lint in the dryer to see if it would blow out on the roof, which it did, which was unnecessary. He was forced to order the heating element through Old Republic, whom I filed a complaint with, asking for a different tech or company to do repairs.
