This place sells junk apu systems. I have only had this unit for just over a month and it’s been in the shop for about every other week since it was installed on April 14, 2016. 2 weeks ago I returned to their shoo because my apu stopped working . They said it had a refrigerant leak. Well they claimed the fixed that as well as the coolant leaks . Now fast forward to today may 22, 2016 my apu quit working yet again. Same exact code as before now they refuse to fix the problem that was never ficed the first time. Just a few days ago I went to the thermoking in Amarillo to again get it fixed. | That time it was a broken alternator wire and the connection was green from corrosion. That should have been seen the prior week when they supposedly fixed the refrigerant leak. I do have to give at least a tiny bit of credit to them because they offered to reimburse me for the repair in Amarillo. Whether or not they actually will send the check I will have to see. Now I have to return to the thermoking here in Dallas to get the refrigerant leak fixed yet again but now they refuse to honor the work they didn’t do the first time because it’s outside of the 30 day window. I hope no one goes to them to get anything done. They can’t fix the issues you go in there with and they don’t stand by their work.
