Very scary company. They called my phone looking for my mother. I called it back and they acted like I was my mother even though I straight out told them I was her daughter. This company is trying to collect from an old car loan of mine that my mother never cosigned but they are saying she did. I filed bankruptcy eleven years ago including that car loan. They now are calling me saying they are mailing things to some unknown address would not even talk to me about changing the address so I can see what they are talking about. Say they are sending out court appearances to that weird address. And then hung up on me when I asked for it in writing so we can see exactly what they are talking about. My mother is handicapped and under my care and has been for over five years. I do not know what to do for her I certainly dont want her to end up in jail for failure to appear in court but I cant even get this company to send me this information so I know how to fix it. This company just wanted me to pay a settlement over the phone and would not even tell me what that was! WTF? They hung up on me when I was asking questions .
