Aries International Dubai, Karama is one of the fake agency for those who want to migrate to Canada. Aries is the cheating agency which does not care about the client once it has got money. I submitted my application for immigrating to Canada through Aries in 2007 December. They were quick to take client application details and bio-data for me and our family consisting of my wife and two children. They gave me a cheating signed contract on which, they agreed to return money which they took, from me in case, the CIC, Canadian immigration Authority reject or deny the application without processing it, except the client reject or refuses to go for the reason other than, lack of sufficient point in IELTS or disqualified in the medical test or whichever reason the client refuses to use the service. After taking the visa fees, around AED 6000, I gave them an amount of AED 9240 as service charge( which they mentioned for 3 items, for getting file number, attaining medical request, and final landing to Canada). By my mistake I gave this fake agency the whole money because in the agreement they told, if the timely payment is done, it might help the client to get service from them on time, without delay. So, I gave the whole amount at the end of 2008 itself. after visa fees is given, they told there is an account finalization after 16 months or after. They kept on saying the same thing for about 5 years till the end of 2012. They were not giving any feedback on application for five years right from 2007 onwards. Whenever I inquired about the processing they were saying that they are waiting for the approval from CIC, Canda immigration. the reason why nothing happened, was that they didn”t give our details to CIC office, Canada. They kept it somewhere and they delayed application and it got returned or rejected. Finally, When CIC, Canadian immigration Authority made decision to close the application and to return visa fees for the applications, which was received before 2008 Feb. due to the law enacted for any unknown reason, our application was affected. The Aries, after made sure that it was rejected, they sent a letter informing that the application was rejected. After that everything finished, because, as regards, the cheated visa and service charge, they bluntly said, ” NO Refund will be made” Giving them this much money without receiving any service. Upon returning or rejecting the application they told, they can apply for refunding our visa fees, if they are authorized. But I opted for rejecting their service, because I longer believe them. Again one thing i noted was quiet funny. Upon rejecting our application, I applied for refund of visa fees from CIC, Canada immigration Authority twice with the details, of surname, immigration file number and other details (which Aries had given to us, when we got registered through them) For this, they sent message two times that the given details are inconsistent with them. For this no proof of testimony with me. That means, Aries had acted cruel y with us by not sending our details to CIC either, or they gave false information to them. Finally, to open the closed application, they asked a sum again, now after swallowing a big sum mentioned earlier(AED 16240) without rendering any service. Therefore, anyone who is aspiring to make use of this agency should see that you should not give money for anything in advance. Verify with the visa office in the concerned country regarding details given by them. Chacko, an offended immigration applicant

Aries International is a big time fraud. The owner Soni Singh is a bigggg liar. He claims to be very professional. He trapped me for so called immigration services to Canada. He submit my applicatiojn for Canada in 2008. Now after 1 and a half year when there was no update, I kept calling his office but he was always too busy to talk to me. I visited his office and asked about my case.Conveniently he told me my case was rejected becaue the Canadian Government cahnged policy. I asked why i was not informed. He simply said we had sent a mailo to you but you did not respond. It was a shameless answer to a client who has paid them thousands of dirhams for immigration services. When I asked for my money; first he said there is no refund; when I threatened to take the case to authorities now he says he will deduct some money and will refund some. Once again when I follow up he is not available on the phone I visited twicw his office; he was not avaiolable. There is one filipina receptionist who is good at making stories and giving explanations for his manager”s non availability. These Immigration Agents are running scam to loot our hard earned money. He acts very smart, but never available in his office, just wandering around with a packet of cigarettes. Dear All, Aries International Canada – UAE are big cheaters for immigration to Canada and Australia I have applied for immigration to Canada and I am well qualified with my experience, languages, education…etc Everything went ok, till they started ignoring my emails and not updating my with the status of my profile starting the end of year 2009 till now june 2010. I have sent many emails and many phone calls but with no update… even I sent them the final papers of the languages test BUT they didnt forward it to the high commission of canada in London which results in rejecting my application!! Upon checking with the high commission of canada in London they confirmed that they didnt receive any laugages test results although I have forwarded it to Aries International 6 months ago!!! and till now they are not answering my phone calls and emails …!! I applied for Canadian immigration through aries. At the starting process they were calling me mostly everyday and when I paid there service fee in full, everything changed. They closed down their branches in March 2019. I tried calling their branches in Toronto, Dubai and Mumbai. None of them are getting connected.The owner, Sony is a big time fraud.

i have hired Aries international dubai to process my application to migrate to Canada in 2008. I have never received a single call from that company and i use to call them to follow up. just this year they promised to furnish me with a file number which they promised they would provide me in 2008. i had a doubt with it and i request to get the file number to check is existance. Surprisingly they refused to give it to me and they are pushing me to pay 8500dirham to get it which is a full settlement of my fees. To my surprise again its well known such offices in Dubai are cheating and reaping off peoples money just because we signed an agreement. How would such thing happen to us in a country which have law and order?? isnt there something that has to be done about it. Personally, i paid 2145dirham and i am contacting the concerned parties and opened a case. I would never sleep till i get my money even though i cant get back my time wasted on this rediclous company!! i strongly believe the concerned parties in UAE should act to protect the victims like me as its illegal. Getting a trade license and fabricating legal ageements doesnt make Aries a legal company but a legally operating fraud institute
