Arizona Care Care Centers

I am not writting this to get anything back or gain some sort of revenge on Arizona Car Care Centers. I am writing this to make the public aware of the unecessary charges and/or repairs that they may incur if they do in fact use their services. I originally went into their center for an oil change. I know… typically you come to expect the mechanic to say the car needs more work. They always seem to do that. In my instance however, They told me that I needed to have my hoses on my radiator replaced because they were leaking. I should have my head examined for believing them because I knew that there were no leaks from the car. I was going out of town and needed the car to be in great shape for the drive. So I went ahead and told them to replace them, $189.00 and 4 hours later… they told me the car was finished. My husband wanted me to bring the hoses home so he could look at them, so I asked for the old hoses to my radiator. They gave them to me and I asked the receptionist to show me where they were leaking. There were no signs of wear on the old hoses. The only thing that was there was a CUT clearly made by man on one of the hoses. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to go home after that, I didn’t feel like arguing. It is obvious that there was in fact nothing wrong with the old hoses and that they cut one of them to make it look like they were defective. Bottomline: Don’t let them talk you into unecessary maintenance to your vehicle. They will cause the damage themselves to validate the extra expense. Disapointed Tucson, ArizonaU.S.A.
