The service call was about windows ten and my computer not updating because it didn’t have a key. When I made the appointment the scheduler said you might have to buy a key off of amazon. I said okay. The tech got here and new I needed a key. He set up a Microsoft email and account for me that later had to be disconnected because my computer would accept it. The service was 1.5 hours which was completely unnecessary. The tech new within 5 minutes I needed a windows 10 key. I do not need any problems from you all as the tech knows my home address. I paid for nothing. I was overcharged for nothing. I was told to go to office max after a $187 bill, I paid, to correct the issue.
