I bought a vehicle and twowarranties for it at Arlington Toyota, not 2 months later I returned to have a known issue ( A Service Bulletin released by the manufacturer) with the car corrected only to be lied to, treated very rudely, and also find out that Arlington Toyota is the best place in town to get ripped off. The general manager and service dept. manager are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in quite some time. The general manager told me today that THEY DO NOT offer a warranty that they stand behind because all vehicles have problems… Yes this is the type of place you want to stay away from.
