We rented a new van on April 1, 2004 in Norcross Ga. Checked out fine. It was an internet special $l99.00 unlimited miles for 1 week. Returned van Monday after hours. Large mistake! The company called later because my credit card amount was not completed. They would call with all information. Spoke with them before we returned it to find out about drop box for key, etc. We kept the van drove it to destitation parked in a secure garage, drove back was in the van 16 hours total. When I called they said there was damage. I call them 6 times to find out what the damage was spoke to Lee Lynch 1 time left message 5 Times never heard from Mitch, or Sue who were the adjusters. Never will use this company again. When I received my credit card statement I was charged $300.00. As far as I can tell this is a Rip Off Company and I will tell everone I know this information. I have been in business 30 years and if I ran my business in this manner I would not still be in business. ‘Word of Mouth” is the best advertisement and believe you me everyone that crosses my path will know my experience with Armada Car Rental Agency. Two companies that have ripped me off before are no longer in business. What goes around comes around. An local radio station with a consumer reporter will also hear of my plight.
