Guy pulls up in nice car, asks for directions to airport. Thick Italian accent, heavy set , friendly. Shakes hands and thanks me after confirming various directions, streets etc. Then asks me chest size and whether that is Large or XL in Canada. Says I have been so nice he has a jacket he wants to give as it can’t bring it back tonItaly with him. Shows me a bunch of coats, packs up 3 for me, then two more, and asks if I can do him favour. He wants to take three jackets back home (explains he works In fashion industry in Milan, was here for a fashion event, his boss dumped these jackets on him). The 3 he is taking will cost him $800 in customs duties, if I pay him that , I can keep the 5 jackets. Had convincing props such as the car rental papers and his passport, checking his car return time, etc. Will drive me to ATM if I want. I will admit he had me intrigued, but something didn’t seem right. I said ATM just inside building. I went in and looked up Armani jacket, and saw scam reports, with almost identical stories to mine by from all over world. Fortunately for seeing those, and I did not return to the car.
