This is one of the worst experience that I’ve ever had. I am an ex servicemen and I had applied for a loan through this company. But unfortunately after a lot of running around I still am in the middle of nowhere. The loan was for a house that I wanted to buy. After filling up the paperwork after completing the paperwork. I was informed that yes, I would be able to go ahead and buy the house after almost three months of searching. I did find a house and when I was about to finalize the deal, I was informed by the loan companyMake my request for the loan has been rejected. I was misled with the information before that. It was approved. So again, I had to go through a lot of paperwork for which I could not buy the house because it took too long and the dealer would not wait, he would obviously definitely sell it to somebody who would be willing to take it then. So I lost the house. I couldn’t buy it. I’m The fighting for the loan This is the facility that they are providing a neck servicemen who was protecting the country. They have no sense of professionalism. If I ask too many questions to the representative, they would get agitated. They would not answer. They would just hang up. After a lot of calls went through I could finally get to somebody who tried to at least help me. But still you’re back to square one because they could not find any records of my papers. I mean what kind of service are you providing? You’re giving me hopes, but you’re not actually doing anything. I would definitely not go for this company ever again while I’m applying for a loan. Definitely. I have secured a loan from a different company and that is much better. If there was a possibility of giving a zero rating I would have but there isn’t so I gave it one.
