The employers can go on a vacation whenever they want, but when it comes to letting the employees go on and leave that’s the time when they have a problem. The increment that you get is in cents. and not in dollars you don’t get a dollar increment you get an increment in cents. If you raise a request for a two-day leave prior to taking the leaf, then definitely your Leave will be denied and you will be informed that if you do not show up for work, then they will definitely deduct your salary. Even if you do have your leaves in your account.
