My husband bought a bike in October 2008. The sly sales people there did their best to pull one over on us and it worked. He was told that the extended warrenty and tire warrent was included in the original price, but once it came down to the signing of the paperwork, that was not the case. We were told he needed $3000.00 down in order to get this bike. Sure we put the money down on the bike, but once we got home and looked over the paperwork, it showed how sly the sale people are. On the bill of sale it says to sign here to decline the warrenty, so we did what the sales person said, but what the sales person did NOT tell you is that you sign her to decline the services, but at the bottom where you sign you are accepting the extra extended warrenty and the tire warrenty. What it boils down to is the $3000.00 that was put down did not even go towards the price of the bike. It went right in that sales person pocket. The sales people make you wait and want it until you hurry up and sign the paperwork so they can slide things in there and NOT explain things to you. The minute we noticed what had happened, the finance manager told us there was nothing he could do that the paperwork is already signed. We could cancel the contact but we would not get the money back and the payments would not differ, that amount would just be applied towards the ending price of the bike. I just feel I was taken and that the finance manager instructs the sales people to hurry up and go quickly over the paper work with you so they can pocket all that extra income. The sales people are paid on any wxtra services that they can sell. I just want to vent and to tell people not to by at Arrowhead Harley and to read EVERY SINGLE LINE, FEE, ChARGE PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING. I dont care if you are there for hours.
