I tried their service once and I liked it, that’s why I decided to use them again and ordered a gift card 100 dollars worth for my father, I know he would appreciate it. Emphasis on “would”. Because it was not working one. He tried many times and couldn’t activate it. I felt so terrible as if it was my fault. Their customer service was nice, by the way, but they didn’t resolve my problem, but they offered an alternative. Well, it’s better than nothing.
