ASAP Motors Owned By Brian E. Mccutcheon And Dina

ASAP motors from November 2005 to February 21st as of today has refused to refund my $900. They did not deliver my motors as promised and has dedided to keep my money! They ignored over 13 letters and phone calls. Every time i call they say the check will be mailed today or the paper work is on Dina’s desk. Will someone please tell me who provide such a bunch of crooks a license to operate so that we as Americans can contact them? They stole my money. They have also decided to ignore the BBB of Houston and The Attorney General’s office of Louisiana. I have had to catch a ride to work with my wife for 4 months! It is not fair for these bad bussinesses to operate. They have over 200 complaints against them. enough is enough! They should not be granted a license to operate and rip people off. they also operate across state lines, doesn’t this make it a federal crime? Have any one organized a class action law-suit? Are the mayor, governor, locasl TV, radio stations and newspapers aware of these crooks who go by the name of ASAP motors owned by Brian E. Mccutcheon/ 9950 Wilcrest Dr. /Houston, Texas 77099 and Dina refusing to give his name and stating that it is no concern of a customer to know the name of a person of a bussiness who have ripped them off.
