These people are horrible they took all the bolts off my rotor and my ball joint good thing it was parked .. they could of killed me and my wife .. please help me wow ….. the south bend police use them as thier impound service too ..please avoid and have no parking violations .. asap towing and south bend belive this is a exocutable offense and they will try to kill you.
