On Sept. 24 my daughter had stolen cigerets from me before school. When confronted, she blew up and took off. I went after her in my truck, found her and yelled at her to get in or I was gonna whoop her but . A so called concerned citizen heard me yelling and hid my daughter from me and called police . I had parked my truck and was walking when I found her with this guy and police. I walked up to explain what had happened and was told to go away then to come back and was attacked by Lisa Evans and another officer , twisting my arms in opposite directions the entire time I was yelling Im cooperating I just had spine surgery in my neck and have a damaged spinal cords, that is when Evans yanked my arm even harder and punched me in the ribs and said then quit resisting . I said Im not I just don’t bend that way then she punched me again in the ribs and cuffed me. The entire time this so called concerned citizens was cursing every name in the book at me calling me all sorts of names, the police did nothing. They arrested me for menacing my daughter, and then on the way to jail she added more charges saying I tried to run the guy over, WHAT!?, Evans told my daughter to not go home not even to her mother and put a no contact order on me and called PPS.After thousands of dollars in attorney fees, I received probation for menacing my kid. My daughter is almost 16 now And has been gone ever since Lisa Evans told her not to go home. My daughter is now a transient high school dropout and I have no Idea where she is. We tried reporting her as a runaway but was denied 3 times and finally a nice officer did take the runaway report, but said there are no runaway laws and they will only hold them for 3 hours and then let them go. I miss my daughter, I have never been violent or abusive. The police basically brain washed my daughter against her own family. I WANT JUSTICE.
