Got letter in mail stating was receipt from VoIP and that I paid 38.48$ and was debited from my account on 4/16/15 and a fake transaction I’d number . I never noticed in bank account and didn’t know what I ordered that was from that name so I looked it up online and found everyone’s complaints and all the fraud from this company. Had to call bank right away. Had change everything and call several places to change direct withdrawal info
