I placed an order on the website 2 months ago, and no sign of it. I first made the purchase and waited on my email for a confirmation or some type of receipt. After waiting 3 days and not receiving one, I reached out to their customer service. I kept getting no response from them. I persisted until finally after speaking to a customer representative and was told that my item was out of stock and I hadn’t been charged yet.

I checked my credit card statement to check if the money hadn’t been charged and turned out it had! So I got back in touch with them to let them know I no longer wanted the item and just a refund. She keeps arguing with me that there was no charge until I screenshotted a picture and had to send PROOF that in fact there was a charge.

Since this whole process took FOREVER, the 30 days for my original refund has passed. This is outrageous! I’ve never received the item or even a confirmation!!! How could they not want to refund me?

I had to reach out to my credit card company to get the issue resolved. The hassle I had to go through was tremendous and the site is definitely not trustworthy. Will never buy anything from there again.
