I dialed the number provided in the pre-recorded message claiming that an individual would be arrested at home or employer’s due to fraud charges. The woman answering was rude but transferred me to an ‘attorney’ by the name of Ashley D. Jenkins, supposed Bar ID of 276290. They wouldn’t provide the name of the collection agency. I provided a FAKE NAME and FAKE ADDRESS and yet they still found me in their database…she made up a number owed of $1320.50. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR REAL NAME OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Give them fake information and let them chase their tails. The phone number I dialed was 877-783-4667 ext 160. I filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General’s office and verified that there is no practicing Ashley D. Jenkins in North Carolina with that bar ID.
