STOLE $4000 OF MONEY ON THAT RENTAL “Assured Real Estate”, Inc. “Joe Yakubik” This is all about ” ASSURED REAL ESTATE ” and the crook owner ” JOE YAKUBIK this crook charged me late fees when i deklivered a check at 8.30 in the morning of 1st on a few month . This crook will not hestate to charge u for as much as he can I lived in that property managed by ‘Assured Real Estate”, Inc. “Joe Yakubik” 3 years it was a lease with purchase option the deal did not go throw although i was assured that i would be given ample time to find a new place the last month property had no water for 3 weeks . i paid half of rent till “Assured Real Estate”, Inc. “Joe Yakubik” fix it ….. instead they filled eviction against me WHILE THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER FOR 3 WEEKS … can u belive this ” CROOK” the law gives max 5 days max to fix it not only “Assured Real Estate”, Inc. THIS CROOK “Joe Yakubik” did not fix it till 22 days later he filed and eviction for non payments of rent ….it caused me to pay $1300 in fees . and I was forced to move out in 30 days while i was promised 90 day notice … the law says “Assured Real Estate”, Inc. “Joe Yakubik” not only have to wave the rent which was $40 per day they are suppose to pay $40 additional for hotel till water is restored thats comes to 17 days are $80 per day thats over 80$ times 17 days over $1400 credit what does he do he files an evicftion ” Assured Real Estate”, Inc. ” Joe Yakubik” the crook then charges me for 6 day move out from my deposit .. I also installed an $875 brand new garage door he asked me to leave paid $250 i cleaned the place had all carpets washed he charged me $230 for cleaning and instead of a 2300 plus $1400 plus unlawfull filling eviction $1300 “Assured Real Estate” , Inc. “Joe Yakubik” check sent me $960 THIS CROOK STOLE MY MONEY OVER $4000 ..
