I talked to 4 different Asurion representatives (each of them was very nice) and each assured me that, I would receive a buyout for the amount of the warranty. Then I got a call saying they were going to send me a replacement TV, the bottom of the line Westinghouse from Best Buy, nothing I could do about it. The process has been going on for 12 days and they tell me it will take another 10+ days to get the subpar TV.
