I ordered parts from Asylum MS a long time ago and have never gone back. The first order I placed with them arrived on time and in good condition. The second order I placed was for a pair of red and blue Acura emblems. It took more than a month to get them. They seem to make a lot of excuses about custom part manufacturing and all that but emblems?? These should be sitting on a shelf ready to go. The third time I ordered from them I ordered tail lights and a muffler. After not hearing anything for about 1 month, I called them. It took me about 8 tries over 4 days to get a hold of anyone only to find out they couldn’t get the tail lights so they were cancelling that part of my order. The muffler arrived about a month and a half after that! While I don’t claim they owe me money I would definately say Don’t Deal With Them!!! They have about the worst customer service on the face of the earth and it appears to be hit and miss as to whether or not you’ll get what you pay for. Derek Salt Lake City, UtahU.S.A.
