Nothing but problems with this company since day one. First the punch list when we moved in was very large and not everything got addressed. then within the first month we discovered that there was a major sewage issue causing raw sewage to back up into tubs, showers, toilets and sinks whenever we used water. It took them two months to fix this and only a temporary fix at that, not to mention they destroyed our front yard and the drainage ditch that keeps rain from pooling up at the front door and garage….so guess what happens every time it rains? We also still have sewage smells from time to time in the master bedroom and that shower clogs up. After over 4 months of trying to get them to fix this, in which they apparently went through 3 maintenance directors, we have given up on them making it right. We went to them to terminate our lease and request that there be no penalty or reduced penalty but they refuse to do anything ethical. Because of the destruction in our front yard we are unable to mow the grass because of large rocks and pits in the fescue grass and our neighbors have been upset with the appearance of our lawn and the HOA has even made complaints. The manager at the office actually had the audacity to say ” we are only in our second year of business and it has been really crazy here” REALLY?? That is not my problem…. a management company cannot take months to fix their rental properties all while neglecting the customers attempts to reach out and get their attention, then put the blame on the customer. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR USE THEM AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGERS!!!!! They are worse than scumlords!
