Spoke with costumer care some time ago and made arrangements over the phone informing them that i am on a fixed income and i need the bills to be split in order to pay them, it was aggreed this could be done, Today around 1p.m. i come home and the power is off, i get on the cell to call Atmos and they tell me they made a mistake and the power will be on in a few hours, and since they made a mistake and trying to cover themselfs, now they want two bills paid as one, that was supposed to be spaced out in payments or the power will be turned off again. I am a single mother and only getting child support and i pleaded with them to fix there mess, i was told nothing could be done now. .
