Atty Richard Gottlieb

I hired Atty Richard Gottlieb, paid him thousands to file Bankruptcy so I could sell my house which was joint with my Sister and myself, I have not spoken to my sister for a few years and had no idea where she lived so had to file Bankruptcy to sell the house 69-71 Medford St Malden, Ma. 02148. I sold the house for $300,000.000 the buyers extended the closing date 4 times and Atty Gottlieb never filed the extensions with the Federal Court so the Jusge dissmised the case and now I am no longer in Bankruptcy which left it open for Orlans/Moran to foreclose on the property, which they did, Orlans/Moran is a fraud, corrupt Law Firm. Atty Gottlieb emailed me that the title on the house was clear, title was not clear, Atty Gottlieb never return my calls for weeks at a time, always looking for money from me FOR HIS MISTAKES, I lost $55,000.00 plus Bankruptcy fee’s and Gottlieb fee’s because of his mistakes, I filed with the Mass Bar and what happened to Gottlieb NOTHING, look up 65 Medford St Malden another scam for all the attorney and Judges on this house. I emailed many many Lawyers in Boston and all of them could not believe Atty Gary CruickShank was involved in such a scam, Boston Attorney’s also told me I am targeted by the I.R.S which the Lawyers never seen or heard of such a scam. I DO BELIEVE TARGETING IS AGAINST THE LAW. Jane from the Mass Bar who I have dealt with never did anything, was rude, ignorant and told me there is nothing I can do for you, I filled out a complaint form on Atty Gottlieb and I certificated the letter and I did get a response from the Mass Bar. I filed on Atty Kenny Kerr from Quincy, Atty CruickShank Boston Atty James Horan from barnstable I never received a response from the Mass Bar. So now back to the Justice Dept until the house and every dime I spent on these LAWYERS is returned to me…..
