I contacted www.atvdeals.com at the end of June 2008 and bought a 150cc scooter with a helmet for about $1700. They sent me a scooter about three weeks later and the title another two weeks later. While I was waiting for the title I had to put the scooter in my back yard because it did not have plates and in Virginia, you cannot register a scooter without a title. I had tried to contact them many times after I got my scooter but they were not answering the phones, the did respond to my e-mails and told me that the title was going to be arriving when they received it from the manufacturer. I went on their website and they had put up some notices that they were all out of scooters and were not currently selling anymore. When I received my title on August 11th I registered it. When I came home I could not start the scooter. I tried calling them but again the phone just keeps ringing and I e-mailed them for which I haven’t received a reply yet. When you go to their website now it says: “We are no longer accepting orders. All orders have shipped and if you have any problems with your order please email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help you. Do not worry we are still answering all emails and taking care of any issues that you may have. Our new web site will be up very soon with our new exciting product lines.” If you want to buy a scooter because of the high gas prices DO NOT buy it from www.atvdeals.com. They will not respond to your phone calls or e-mails. When and if there website is back up they will take your money and run!!!! Anonoymous Alexandria, VirginiaU.S.A.
