I purchased a vehicle on the bank repossesed and fleet auction and there was no mention that the vehicle was previously involved in a major accident. After purchasing this vehicle I took it to Toyota where I told the vehicle was badly damaged and needed a new chassis. I am considering legal action on this issue as this vehicle is a code 2 or worse and was sold as a Bank Repo and fleet auction. The service history on the vehicle shows it was serviced recently which to me means aucor was aware of the defects on this vehicle but consciously did not disclose.
