Bought Audi A4. Has the car for about 1 year 5 months. We had problems from day one with the gearbox of the AUDI that is not smooth. When stopping it does not change smoothly. You can feel the change. Have been sending the car in numerous times -that can be traced. Everytime they so-called fix the car, or they just tell us that there is nothing wrong. “Just drive the car” – that is what they are very good in saying. December 2015 paid for a service on the car R12000.00 later. Now recently the gearbox started to give endless problems. And the gearbox started to leak oil. Phoned Audi Bruma to book the car in. They did their checks and now were told that it will cost R6800.00. Now we were told that we need to pay R2400.00 for a gasket. How is it possible that the car was in December 2015 for a service R12000.00 and now the gasket is faulty. How was this not picked up in December 2015. When we confronted them with this they told us that: THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THE SUMP OF. How does this become the customers problem if Audi Bruma does not do their services correct and accurate. I feel that they are absolutely taking chances and just trying to make money out of everybody for their mistakes.
