Stole my card info

I’ve been driving Audi since high school, and I absolutely love them. I just recently moved to town, and I needed a place to get my Audi Q5 serviced, so this was pretty much my first option, went there, met their staff, brought my car to them so they could do a checkup. Everything was good, they were not the best service I’d had, but they were competent. At least that’s what I first thought, you know, before everything went down.
They had told me that my car could use some new lights, and maybe an oil change, I said no thanks since I didn’t want to deal with it at the time. Then the guy (I think his name was David?) started pushing me to buy something, anything from them. I was not going to let him scare me into buying something, I stood my ground and didn’t buy anything else, just paid for the checkup (mind you, a very expensive one) and left. Honestly, I was thinking of finding another place because I just didn’t feel like fighting with the salesmen every time I needed something done on my car. It was just a thought back then, but now it is a certainty, I’m not going back there ever again, and you should stay clear from them as well!
I’m going to tell you, of course, why you should avoid them. So, one day I was just chilling at my place when someone called me on my phone about a delayed payment for my subscription, I knew that couldn’t be right, so I checked my credit cards; apparently, I had been purchasing a lot in the Audi Des Moines even though I had only been there once. They had stolen my card’s information and used it in their own establishment, how ridiculous was that?
I’ve spent the last 3 months back and forth with my bank, my lawyer, and these people, trying to get my money back. They insist that all purchases were legally made by someone else, and they didn’t know it was a cloned card.
Now, I’ve exhausted all of my options, I’m not going to see my $5K back, and I’ve made my peace with it. I spent a lot of time and money trying to resolve this situation, and I’m exhausted as well; however, I’m not going to stay with my arms crossed while they laugh at me. I actually have records of their conversations, the proof that they cloned my credit card, the piece of recording where you can see very clearly who used my card, and when. All this information will be sent to the newspaper, uploaded on social media, and shared by my friends and family all over the country.
If you read this, please share the posts as well, I’m doing my part to stop these people from scamming anyone else, it would be so helpful if you participated in the diffusion chain. And, if this has happened to you as well, contact me! I’m looking for more people to join this cause so the state can’t refuse the case.
